As a small business owner, single mother, brand founder, and now author, I have experienced first-hand both the rewards and challenges that come with building a business from the ground up.

Over the years, I have invested countless hours, energy, and resources into growing my businesses, developing my personal brand, and creating opportunities not only for myself, but for those around me. Alongside the demands of entrepreneurship, I have also balanced the responsibilities of raising a family and managing a home, giving me a genuine understanding of the realities many business owners face every day.

These experiences inspired the creation of CEO  Connect • Elevate • Optimise.

CEO was founded with a simple belief: that success is built through meaningful connections, collaboration, trusted relationships, and access to the right opportunities. I’m Megan, and I’m thrilled to share a bit about my journey in the beauty and aesthetics industry! With 15 years of experience and 7 years as a business owner, I’ve built my career around helping others grow—whether that’s through achieving their dream skin or empowering them to build their own successful businesses.

Over the years, I’ve continually updated my knowledge and skills, allowing me to stay ahead in this ever-evolving industry. Today, I’m proud to offer 1-to-1 accredited beauty courses, where I get to teach and share my expertise with others. Seeing my students gain confidence and thrive in their careers is truly a highlight of what I do!

On Mondays, you’ll find me teaching in a school, guiding the younger generation as they take their first steps into this exciting field. I believe in giving back by helping young minds discover paths that can change their lives.
